About the Project

Alliance House, a Victorian renaissance style building in the heart of Bristol City Centre is being refurbished into forty four luxury open plan studio and one bed apartments.

Previously used as an office space the building will undergo various structural works to accommodate the high specfication apartments.

We have been appointed by Sweet Construct to carry out structural works to the roof and all of the internal carpentry works, including; new timber purlins and bracing to exsiting trusses, joists and ply floor covering, remedial works to Mansard roof gutters and Premdor speed set doors.
